Where's my order?

After checkout you get an order confirmation email from our store partner, Fourthwall, and another email with tracking as soon as it ships. Come back to the shop on the same device to see your order's status there too.

How long does it take?

Everything is made to order. Printing or embroidery usually takes 2–5 business days, then it ships with tracking. Canada and the US usually take another 3–8 business days; elsewhere can take longer. Shipping options and estimates for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Which size should I get?

Every product in the shop has a Size & fit guide with measurements in inches and centimetres. The hoodie runs small, so we suggest ordering one size up.

Something's wrong with my order

If an item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, or your package is lost in transit, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We pass the claim to our store partner, Fourthwall, and once it's accepted you get a replacement at no cost. See the returns policy for the details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

All sales are final. Orders go into production automatically right after you pay, so we can't cancel an order or change its size, colour, design or name. If your shipping address is wrong, email us right away: we'll try to fix it before it ships, but we can't promise.

Returns

All sales are final. Every item is made to order, so there are no returns or exchanges for size, fit, colours on screen, a typo you entered, or a change of mind. Packages sent back because of a wrong address, or left unclaimed, are reshipped at your cost. Check the size guide and the preview before you pay, and reach out before ordering if you're unsure. The only exceptions are damaged, defective, misprinted or lost items (above). Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Names on merch

Names can use letters, numbers, spaces and . - ' ! # &. We don't print hateful, explicit or harassing text, or someone else's trademark; if an order includes one, we'll cancel and refund it.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside Canada and the US may be charged import taxes or duties by your country on delivery. Those are set by your country and paid by the recipient.

Payments

Checkout and payment are handled securely by our store partner, Fourthwall; we never see your card number. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), before shipping and sales tax, which are added at checkout.
